Work the revenue-critical workflow slowing the business.

Fremantle-based, working with owner-led businesses across Perth and WA.

Tell us what is being delayed, re-keyed, missed or hard to trust. We will recommend the smallest useful next step and tell you plainly when we are not the right fit.

A$177 + GST per hour, available in 1, 2, 4, 8 or 16 hour blocks. AI, data, software and integration are methods we consider where the evidence supports them—not the product we force onto you.

The selected block, named partner problem, immediate objective and stop condition are agreed before work begins. No compulsory fixed diagnostic, no hidden wedge into a larger fixed-fee engagement and no forced progression.

/ BWorkflow lenses

Name the problem before choosing the build.

Revenue leak

Find the manual hand-off, missing evidence or data gap that is slowing cash collection or quote follow-up.

Margin drag

Trace where job cost, rework, exception handling or approval delay is making the work harder to price or control.

Quoting or tender delay

Bring one real quote, tender or bid workflow and identify the smallest useful next improvement.

Automation opportunity

Test whether AI, software, data or integration help the workflow without turning the method into the promise.

/ CEvidence you can use

A block with a stop condition.

We work the named problem until the selected block ends, then stop, continue by agreement or scope the next step from evidence.

What the engagement includes
  • A named workflow problem and immediate objective
  • A clear stop condition for the selected block
  • A process, configure, integrate, build, no-build or do-nothing decision
  • Work notes or artefacts appropriate to the block actually purchased
  • A recommendation for stopping, buying another block or scoping a separate engagement
/ DNot included

Clear before we start.

Broader live-system work is scoped from the evidence rather than hidden inside the first block.

Detailed boundaries
  • A generic AI strategy deck with no workflow to change
  • Extra work involving live-system credentials or sensitive-data and security controls
  • Custom or complex integrations, migrations, licences or hosting
  • Broader team rollout, expanded workflows or ongoing support
  • Guaranteed savings, revenue, accuracy or delivery dates before discovery
  • Autonomous decisions without an accountable human review path
  • Round-the-clock managed infrastructure or provider support
/ C2Local and private AI

Keep the model close—when that actually fits.

Need AI closer to your own systems or data? We can assess Ollama and other open-model runtimes for a defined business process, including document search, RAG, data connections, security, human approval and handover.

Local does not automatically mean private, secure, compliant, cheaper or faster. We test those constraints rather than turning them into promises.

/ DIllustrative · fit-dependent

Examples of a working proof.

These are illustrative and fit-dependent. A working artefact is included only when the purchased block, source data, access and review owner make that responsible.

Each example is a possible working shape, not a guaranteed deliverable or turnkey system.

Tender or quote pack

Cited requirements and compliance matrix, draft selected sections and missing-evidence flags, followed by human approval and an editable Word or Excel pack

What this includes
Input:
A supplied tender or quote pack plus existing capability documents and approved pricing inputs
Boundary:
Not procurement portal submission, a multi-user tender platform, CRM integration, a universal bid library or continuous monitoring

Contract or PDF action register

A working action and obligation register with source citations, dates and owners for review

What this includes
Input:
Client-supplied contracts or PDFs and the fields that matter
Boundary:
Not a document-management platform, legal advice, bulk archive migration or unattended contract action

Job-margin dashboard

A working dashboard that shows the selected jobs and the source behind each margin view

What this includes
Input:
Ready exports for jobs, time, materials, invoices and agreed cost rules
Boundary:
Not an enterprise data warehouse, live accounting write-back, company-wide BI rollout or managed reporting service

Enquiry triage and reply pack

A working triage view and draft reply pack queued for human approval—never sent autonomously

What this includes
Input:
Approved sample enquiries, service rules and reply guidance
Boundary:
Not autonomous sending, a replacement CRM, every enquiry channel or an ongoing inbox-management service

Weekly operations or KPI pack

A repeatable working pack with current measures, exceptions and traceable source data

What this includes
Input:
Ready operational exports or authorised system access and agreed KPI definitions
Boundary:
Not universal data integration, continuous monitoring, company-wide dashboards or ongoing report operations

Senior engineering, direct from the person doing the work.

Built with the people who run the process. Tested on agreed examples. Handed over with the files, configuration, documentation and known limits your team needs to control it.

Stated honestly: these mechanisms are proven on our own production stack and are not yet partner-proven. That shows how we engineer; it does not demonstrate a partner revenue, time-saving or scale outcome, and we will not claim one until a partner case study exists.
